Thunderchild Crab is a beautiful deep pink-rose-red spring flowering crab that makes a nice addition to the landscape. It has a rounded, dense, spreading habit. Its fruits are about 1/2" in diameter and turn dark purplish-red and hang on the tree well after fall. The foliage is a deep purple color.
