Homeowner Growing and Maintenance Tips

Luscious requires a another pollinator pear, like similar hardy pears Patten or Parker, but other pears should be adequate too depending on how cold your climate is. The tree is vigorous and upright to spreading and similar to most pears in care and maintenance. It is not very susceptible to fire blight. It has glossy green foliage that turns red in the fall, thus making a beautiful and fruitful addition to the yard.
